Terms & Conditions — 77raja Platform

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

Access to and use of 77raja is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 77raja applies the 21+ minimum in recognition of Indonesian social norms and the higher threshold standard adopted by responsible operators serving the Indonesian market.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing such sites constitutes a criminal offence. You are solely responsible for verifying your legal position.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 77raja or any affiliated company. Such persons are strictly prohibited from holding an Account or placing wagers.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through 77raja or any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.

To access the full functionality of 77raja, you must complete the registration process by submitting accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

• Single account policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on 77raja. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under your own name or an alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without refund of funds linked to fraudulent activity.
• Accurate information: You must provide your legal name, valid date of birth, active email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. Your registered bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals must belong to you personally — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77raja will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your Account immediately via live chat.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at 77raja's discretion for compliance purposes, you may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — is accepted as primary Indonesian identification), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
• Account maintenance: Accounts inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the remaining balance. Users will be notified via email prior to any deduction.

All financial transactions on 77raja are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the movement of funds to and from your Account.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. No maximum deposit applies to verified accounts in good standing.
• Accepted deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 77raja does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source account.
• 77raja does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 77raja bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily limits apply per account tier and will be communicated within the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered on your profile. The name on your withdrawal destination must match the name on your 77raja Account exactly.
• Standard processing time: e-wallet withdrawals average 5 minutes; bank transfers average 10–15 minutes. Processing may extend during bank maintenance windows or peak periods.
• 77raja reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or review of compliance with bonus terms. Users will be notified of any hold placed on their Account.
• If a withdrawal is returned by the receiving bank due to incorrect account details provided by the User, 77raja will credit the funds back to the Account balance. A re-submission fee of Rp 10.000 may apply.

77raja offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments.

• Acceptance: By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer. General bonus terms below apply unless superseded by offer-specific conditions.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) will be stated clearly at the time of each offer. Failure to meet the requirement within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.
• One bonus per event: Unless explicitly permitted by the offer terms, only one bonus may be claimed per promotional event per Account.
• Ineligible game contributions: Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin table game bets such as Baccarat banker at standard commission, or specific casino game modes) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, or not at all. Eligible game types and contribution rates are listed within each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: Any pattern of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting with bonus funds, coordinated play to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or use of multiple accounts — will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• 77raja's discretion: 77raja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform's promotions page.

All wagers placed on 77raja — including sports betting (covering bandar bola, i.e., football bookmaking, and all other sport markets), casino games, lottery, and other offered products — are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules are available within the relevant product section of the platform.

• Finality: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where a void bet provision applies under product-specific rules.
• Odds fluctuation: Odds on sports markets may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is accepted. Your wager will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance, as recorded in your bet history.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed beyond an applicable threshold, or if 77raja determines that a manifest pricing error occurred. Voided bets result in a full stake return to the Account balance.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-event and daily payout cap applies per product category. Caps will be communicated within the product's terms. 77raja reserves the right to reduce odds or limit stake sizes for individual Users at its discretion.
• Mix Parlay / Accumulator: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a full payout. One voided selection within a parlay typically results in that leg being removed and odds recalculated accordingly, as detailed in the sportsbook rules. Partial cash-out may be available where the feature is active.
• Result disputes: Disputes regarding the outcome of an event should be submitted to support within 24 hours of official result publication. 77raja's decision on the final settlement of all disputed bets is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77raja platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or using another individual's Account credentials.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial means to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading of sporting outcomes, or any form of corruption relating to events offered on 77raja.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors rather than reporting them in good faith to support.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain advantage through collusion with other players in any poker, card game, or social gaming feature.
• Any action that interferes with the security, integrity, or accessibility of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Providing false documentation during the KYC process or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location at any stage.

All content on the 77raja platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77raja or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from 77raja.
• Game titles, artwork, and mechanics provided by third-party game studios are the intellectual property of those respective studios and are licensed to 77raja for operation on the platform.
• The 77raja name and logo may not be used in any advertising, social media profile, or public communication without explicit written authorisation.

Your use of 77raja is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data in connection with your use of the platform.

• By registering with 77raja, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We apply 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and our servers.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77raja, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether or not caused by events outside 77raja's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service outages, bank system maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from incorrect information provided by you during registration or KYC, including misdirected withdrawals.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform or your breach of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, 77raja's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of your Account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

• User-initiated closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days of the closure request being verified.
• 77raja-initiated suspension / closure: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the User has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account would expose 77raja to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• Balance treatment on fraud-related closure: Where an Account is closed on the grounds of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of the prohibited conduct clause (Clause 7), 77raja reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance and to pursue recovery of amounts already withdrawn through any lawful means.
• Responsible gaming closure: Accounts closed at the User's request under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period, regardless of subsequent requests from the User.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77raja holds its operating licence.

• Informal resolution: Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. You should contact 77raja support in the first instance and allow up to 30 days for resolution.
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
• Indonesian players: Nothing in this clause prevents Indonesian residents from seeking remedies available to them under Indonesian consumer protection law to the extent that such law applies to internationally operated online services.

77raja reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where a change is material — for example, a change affecting your withdrawal rights, eligibility criteria, or liability provisions — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 77raja platform after the Effective Date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to a material change, you should close your Account before the change takes effect.
